Oklahoma quartet Tallows are just brimming with unique ideas, as showcased on their fantastic 2013 debut Memory Marrow. Now with a September 8 release date set for their sophomore LP, Waist Deep, they’ve unveiled the first track to be lifted from the record, in the form of Sprawl. Calling in fellow Okie Samantha Crain, it’s a colourful yet elegantly composed five and a half minute journey through intertwining vocal lines and sparse yet cutting percussion sections.
